The pack Pinewood Derby was held on Saturday January 18, 2014 at the Elizabeth Baptist Church.

 

The afternoon began with a free Hot Dog/Chili Dinner at 12Noon followed by weigh-in and inspection of Cubs + Siblings + Adults race cars along with a Craft Silent Auction.

 

After an explaination of the rules and the playing of the National Anthem, racing began with the Cub Scouts at 2:00pm.

 

32 Cubs racing were: Andrew A - Caleb A - Nicholas B - Phillip B  - Anthony B - Logan C - Remington C - Waylon C - Donnie D - Colin D - James D - Austin D - Travis D - Jack F - Ethan F - Logan F - Paul J - Brody J - Kyle L - Corbin L - Ephraim L - Raymond L II - Nathan M - Devin N - Gavin N - Seth P - Daniel P - Andrew P - Anthony R - Brighton R - Jacob S - Matyas W.

 

Receiving medals were 1st place Jacob S. - 2nd place Gavin N - 3rd place Devin N.

All Cub Scouts racing received a participation ribbon.

 

15 Siblings racing were: Emma A - Kylee S - Cameron A - Matthew B - Kaelyn R - Jackie C - Evelynn C - Lily P - Brianna C - Thomas C - Lilly F - Sarah L - Dalton L - Ben B - Carley B.

 

1st place Matthew B - 2nd place Jackie C - 3rd place Ben B.

All Siblings racing received a participation ribbon.

 

19 Adults racing were: Tom D - Derek E - Amanda D - Traci M - Teddy M - Jason A - Ken C - Tina B - Matt R - Josh A - Kathy S - Melanie A - Kurt S - Amanda B - Michael B - Dennis D - Dan C - Ken J - Arlene J.

 

1st place - Dennis D - 2nd place Jason A - 3rd place Ken C.

 

Craft Silent Auction netted $557.50 and donations $140.62.

27 Cub Scouts are registered to participate in the 42nd annual Allohak Council Davis Anderson Memorial Pinewood Derby at Grand Central Mall on Saturday February 1.
