Cub Scout Pack 30

 

The pack held their annual graduation on Saturday September 25 at Camp Barbe.

 

The flag ceremony was performed by our Webelos Scouts.

A flag retirement ceremony was performed by our Webelos Scouts. The ashes of the flags will be buried in a future pack outing.

 

Webelos Scouts Tyler Hardbarger - Chase Hoover - Tucker Corbitt - Louis Martin IV - Mason Scadden  were presented with the highest award a Cub Scout can earn the "Arrow of Light" with Webelos Scout shooting his arrow marked with ranks achieved in Cub Scouting to the "Arrow of Light" target. The  Scouts presented "Arrow of Light" family pins to their parents.

 

The evening concluded with an impressive Crossing the Bridge ceremony for our Webelos 2 Scouts.

 

After the flaming arrow reached it target and before crossing the bridge with their family, Cubmaster Keith Smith reviewed each of the Webelos Scout's accomplishments in Cub Scouting. Den leaders Crystal Hardbarger and Leanna Corbitt divested each of their Webelos neckerchiefs, Assistant Cubmaster Derek Egbert presented each with their graduation certificate.
