Cub Scout Pack 30

The pack celebrated the 95th birthday of Cub Scouting with their annual Blue-Gold Banquet on Saturday February 22 at the Elizabeth Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

 

This year's theme was "Customs of other Countries."

 

Each den selected a country which included table decorations. Lions Italy, Tigers Ireland, Wolf Canada, Bears Great Britian, Webelos Mexico.

 

Cubs were given a passport with stamps and stickers to share along with a Countries Word Search.

 

Invocation was given by Rev Paul Russell.

 

A covered dish dinner included ham and turkey began the evening.

 

Presentation of the colors by Arrow of Light Shotgun Falcon Patrol followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, and Arrow of Light dens performed skits.

 

A Cub Scout Court of Honor was held for Cub Scouts who earned advancements:
