This was the seventh year for the pack making apple butter.
The two day event began with preparation of apples on Saturday March 16, 2019 at the Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Day 2 was actual cooking of the apple butter at Sportsman's Park in Elizabeth on Sunday March 17.
Lunch was provided included hot dogs, fixins, chips, cookies, and drinks.
The results of the five kettles were 283 pints of delicious apple butter.
Cubs participating in the event were: Bentley H - Braidin F - Byron L - Eli F - Hunter G - James P - Josiah FM - Matthew B - Quincy F - Tyler H - Wyatt G.
Leaders participating were: Amanda Balis - Derek Egbert - Chris Long - Rob Pitts - Keith Smith.
Several siblings and adult family members also participated.
